I think my Chihuahua is pregnant too. She is acting very weird. She looks into nowhere, and when you try to go near her, she is very happy, and cuddles with you and whatnot, but when you try to touch her stomache, she gets all growl-y. Her Teets are bigger, and are producing some milk (If thats what they are called, I am very inexperianced with this). I don't know if it is false pregnancy or not. When she does let me touch her stomache, it is a little hard, and she is a lot bigger. We do not own a male dog, but it is possible that a male dog came in contact with her outside when we put her out to go to the bathroom, and she doesn't want to come inside for a couple of hours when she is put out. Anyway, if you can help me, her name is Princess, and my email is xdaddiesgirliex@hotmail.com Also, could you make the subject 'Puppies', just so I know it isn't junk mail. I need to know if my chihuahua is pregnant. Her name is Licorice. She has gotten a little bigger, her boobs are bigger, she digs a little, she has been urinating more. I didn't mate her but it is possible a Pekingese male got into are yard. Please Help! I can feel her ribs on one side without pressing, and she has gotten a funny attitude.

Uh-oh! It sounds alot like your dog is pregnant! Those are all signs of pregnancy! She sounds like she is about 5-6 weeks along. Dogs are pregnant for about 9 weeks. However, there is a good possibility that she is having false pregnancy. That is when a dog goes into heat but doesn't get bred yet her body thinks she is pregnant so it shows all the signs anyway. I know you don't want to hear this but if you don't want to go to the vet, you'll just have to wait and see how it turns out. There's almost no way to tell false from real pregnancy. My dog has been mean to everybody else and the dog next door keeps coming over when I take the dog out so she can do whatever she dose. My dogs nipples are getting a little bit bigger and she is showing stomach but Im not sure If shes pregnant please tell me if shes pregnant. Thank You

it's almost impossible to tell until she's further along. By 6 or 7 weeks her stomach should bulge. Other than that you can take her to the vet for a pregnancy test. If she is, I would suggest learning how to help with delivery.

Our dog Meadow is getting a big belly and the last time we tried to breed her, she didn't have any puppies, and we are hoping she has a litter. And another Cavaliar King Charles Spaniels we have, Sparta. And she is due August 17. a week after our other one. Plz answer my Ques. are they having a false Pregnancy??

hello my nickname is Lola i have a dog named Lela i need to know if she is pregnant she has like around 3-4 nipples bigger than the other ones, she eats more than usual and she is always sleeping (like about 12 hours a day) and i don't if she is pregnant can SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL ME IF SHE IS PREGNANT OR NOT! your dog is probely in heat that is when they thinkthat there pregnant but cant realy tell. you shoul get her checked by a vet ther is a possible chance!

My dog was in heat and we mate her, her boobs are bigger, she's lazy,doesnt like to play aroud anymore. But her stomach hasnt been growing much and its been about 1 month and 1 week since we mate her. how do i know if shes pregnant or not?Please answer my question soon.

My chihuahua tinkerbell is usually so skinny around her stomach but now it just seems like she fooler she just be eating a lot more and her stomach is really hard and kinda round could she be pregnant?

hey denise i think she is pregnant cause thats how my dog is her nipples were getting bigger cause they are swelling up with milk unless you've seen her eating alot if she hasnt thats probably means shes pergnant

I have a similar problem. My 10 month old chihuahua had her first heat a couple of weeks ago. But since then she's got "boobs" and is getting bigger. I figured it could just be a sign she's growing up and getting older but I don't know because she is my first dog. She's not really acting any different and I don't know when she could have got pregnant since the only place she was when I wasn't watching her was in out gated backyard. Next week I'm going to get her fixed but I'm not sure if she's pregnant or not. Please help?!

best thing to do would be to go to the vet and make sure it is safe. pregnancy for chis are very dangerous and even more so if with a different breed of male.

How can i tell if my dog is pregnant. she has been mating with my other dog for about a week now. she is about 7 to 8 months old. can she be pregnant at such an early age? She was bleeding at the same time she was mating.

i dont know if my chihuahuas is preg but she getting tites like she got milk in them and she wont leave me alone shes like this all the time but she got more alot up my behind and she gots to be what ever i am and she is yakken at any thing and every one she have maited with my other dog 3 times can you tell me when she will have them and what should i do about it when the time comes they r both 11 months old the both r chihuahuas

I need to know if my chihuahua is pregnant. Im not sure if its false pregnancy. Is there any way I can tell, I dont want to get my hopes up for nothing. She shows all of the signs for a dog that has been pregnant for about 3 to 4 weeks. Im not sure if its false or not but she is a little bit too young to be having puppies. Im not 100% possitive that she has even gotten her period yet! Shes almost 1 year old.

uhh... i have a question about my dog... at first we thought she was in heat but we were just thinking and we remember a dog next door who is not neutered and always is out, our dog has gotten a little bit of a harder and bigger stomach and her breast are much bigger and they feel like they are filled a little with milk. We are starting to really think she is pregnant because we check her every day and she seems a little bit different. Please Help, Jenna.

Hello, My dog is doing the same thing... some signs in my dog are... 1) Isn't mean but is starting to be a little protective over her stomach. 2)Her stomach is sticking out on the side quite a bit,were her belly feels like a balloon. 3) Her nipples are like completely filled with milk, and are hanging down now. At first we was thinking she was just going through heat, but now that her stomach is growing and even more pregnancy signs we aren't quite sure... So if I was you I would just watch the dog very carefully, and like with my dog her stomach is getting a little bigger each day. So you should be able to tell pretty soon.

hi i whent on a vacation for a month or so i dont know if my chihuahua is pragnent but a other little male dog was over here her tummy is getting bigger and so are her boobs she has also gotton more aggresive to every one but me she was not in heat when the other dog was here is it still possible she could be pragnant??? well with my dog I have noticed that her nipples pop out,her stomach looks a little bigger,she has kind of not been eating that much,she has been sleeping a lot,her vagina got a little bigger and darker,and the most part of all is that she has sneaked out several times to my back nieghborers house and they also have a dog,so I'm pretty sure she is pregnant.
